Prism Systems, Inc. is excited to announce the newest member of the team, Ryan Coleman. Ryan is a recent graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology with a minor in Mathematics and Automation Engineering. One of Ryan’s proudest works was the completion of his undergraduate thesis on developing an instrumentation system for detection of insect repellents while in the vapor phase.

When asked what caught Ryan’s eye to Prism, he stated, “I like that Prism works with global fortune 500 companies all around the world, in addition to maintaining a loyal customer base right here on the Gulf Coast. The travel and variety of work excites me.” Ryan explains that his favorite part of working at Prism thus far is the corporate culture that is unique here. Prism, known for being the ‘Prism family,” is a close knit group of coworkers who will never cease to put a smile on your face. Ryan immediately noticed the comradery here as being happy and friendly. Ryan states, “I’m surrounded by experienced engineers from various backgrounds that are able to offer mentorship. There is a lot to learn from these folks.”

When not at Prism Systems, Ryan enjoys to travel. Ryan described his dream trip as a solo-backpacking trip through the terrain of Southeast Asia. When not exploring, you can find Ryan on the tennis court or soccer field. He also enjoys going to local stand-up comedies and spending time with friends and family. Besides, one can never have too much of “mamma’s cooking.”
